1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of food and grocery items, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • The package is tampered with or opened before delivery
  • The product is expired or spoiled

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Unused and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by order details or proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened food packets
  • Products that have been partially consumed
  • Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

3. Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Provide your Order ID
  3. Share clear photos of the product and packaging
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours

If the return request is approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.


4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

If the order was Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI

5. Replacement Policy

If the product is damaged or incorrect, we may offer:

  • Free replacement of the product, or
  • Full refund, depending on product availability

Replacement orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.


6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped.

To cancel your order:

  • Contact our support team immediately with your Order ID

Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
